MasterSeal TC 275 is an aromatic, two-component, polyurethane top coat for use in MasterSeal Traffic 2000, 2500, and 2575 deck coating systems with outstanding mechanical properties, including high tensile strength and excellent tear and abrasion resistance.  (color pigment not UV resistant). 2-Part Fast Curing

Description

  • A TWO component fast curing polyurethane waterproofing TOPCOATING for use over Masterseal 265 basecoat in indoor and non-UV applications. Cures in 3-4 hours. Cures in cool weather, down to 40F. Very low odor. Suitable for occupied applications. Excellent chemical resistance. Protects against common parking deck chemicals including gasoline, diesel fuel, oil, de-icing salts, bleach, and cleaning agents. Very high solids. Durable intermediate coat with high strengths.

Applications

Use on parking ramps, mechanical rooms, stadiums, balconies, plaza decks, etc.
